HOW TO MAKE CONDITIONAL FORMULA LIKE IF(LEN(A2)=7,"0"&A2,A2)) EASY WAY TO LEARN WHAT IS THIS HOW TO MAKE THIS TYPE OF CONDITION AND FORMULA

Well not very sure about your requirement, I think you are talking about Conditional formatting. If So, than see the attached file, I had use @Syedali file to demonstrate this on cell A1 & A2.
