Conditional formatting

Dear All,

I want a conditional formatting for all rows uder following condition.
Col H has value yes or no.
if i change the value in col H yes then entire row from A:H filled with color .
If the value is no then entire row remain same.
2. if i select col H value yes then entire row become locked automaticaly and if changes require it ask for password.
if col H value is no then it remain same.
