Conditional Formatting

Dear Sir,
I wanted to apply conditional formatting between two sheets
If name is available in both sheet then color as shown and if not available then color differently.

Try as both rules =ISNUMBER(MATCH($A3,Sheet2!$A:$A,0)) and NOT(=iISNUMBER(match($A3,Sheet2!$A:$A;0)))

Spotted a typo in the second one, but it's working.
Little tweak so not to colour any blank cells.
