Can anyone help me understand how the top /bottom n percentage rows selected by XL in when I apply a conditional format. What is the logic to selecting these row.
If you have 100 rows, the formatting will highlight top or bottom 10 rows. The change will be more visible if you sort column low-to-high for the value you are interested in.
