I have data in excel I want If Trust given dates & that date is less than today date & Department 1 & 2 any where is No mention then I want Red color If Department 3 No mention & date is greater than 2 days then Red color 1 day is greater then yellow.

1 more think i want to update missing information if Trust date is less than Today's date & Any of Dapartment is No mention then update that Department in Column L

Select Dep 1 & Dep 2 and put this formula in CF.

=AND(B2="No",$G2<TODAY())

For DEP 3 I am still confused. For Dep 3 if cell has a NO does this matter or you want only to compare with dates.

Yes 1st Same like Dep1&2 then give yellow & Todays date is more than
2 days of given data & no is in Dep 3 then Red color
