Conditional formatting when you have multiple values in a table

Hi Chandoo Experts,

I would like to figure out how I can just conditional format caffe latte venti at $4.15 instead of highlighting cappuccino and white chocolate mocha values. Also with the other duplicate values in the range, just want that specific one when I select from the drop down list in a15. Thanks for your your help, Joe from Michigan

Perhaps change your CF formula to
=AND(B4=$B$15,$A4=$A$15)
