Conditional Formatting - Using Icons with Formulas

Hello. I want to use Icons in Conditional Formatting for a scorecard. The scenario is that we calculate sales forecast accuracy by dividing actual sales by the forecast. So assuming the sales forecast is 100 and the actual sales are 120, the accuracy is 120/100 or 120%. What I want to do is to have a green stoplight icon if the accuracy is between 90% and 110%. A yellow stoplight if it's between 80% and 120% and red beyond those. Does anyone know how to set up a formula that can do that? Thanks!
