Hi all,
This has always been a place for my excel query.
I have a small question.

I have a excel sheet with A column having name of employees.
B column having day 1 sales data.
C column having day 2 sales data for the employees.

I want to use conditional formating if arrow icons for both days.
I want the arrow mark(up and down) to compare the 2 days data and display the conditional formating in the respective cell. Please help
Image attached.

Hi ,

The icons cannot be placed in either of the two data columns ; a separate column will need to be used for displaying the icons.

See the attached file.
