Conditional formatting on shared document

Hi excel Ninjas!

Any body know how I can turn green the names of the people that already paste their info in the shared document?

*Keep in mind that I just wanna look for the word that does not have the acute accent for instance:


Aarón Salas : in this name i want excel to only look for the "Salas" word in the entire column rather than for Aarón because sometimes people do not add the acute accent to their names (ó) and i want to minimize this risk.

No idea on shared documents...


May be this for CF:

Select range B1:G2
Conditional formatting > Formula:
=COUNTIF(B1:B1,"*Salas*")>=1
Set format to your choice.
