conditional formatting in VBA

When you use VBA to set a cell fill color, is there a specific format to entering the associated numbers for the color? For example the RBG scale assigns a number for all three values when looking at the color palate. How do you enter the 3 separate color values in the code?

instead of:
.Color = 3367985
use:
.Color = RGB(49, 100, 51)
