Hi,

How to make every third row in this given list GREY using conditional formatting. Please advise.

Hi Thakur,
Select your range:
Apply the following formula in Conditional formatting:
=MOD(ROW(),3)=0

CF for Rows.PNG

Click format and set the color as required.
