Conditional formatting headache!

This is probably really simple, but it is driving me cuckoo...

Name Target Total

Fred 21 15

George 15 16

What I want it to do is turn the total green when it has been hit, but as each person has a different target, is there a way of copying the conditional formatting down without having to go into each cell? There are about 30 names on the list.

Hi Ksandra

You can use the conditional formatting based on formula.

Select the total column, and put the following formula in Conditional Formatting

=B1=C1

Hi Ksandra,

As you have already the Conditional Formatting Formula..

I hope / please apply =AND($C1>=$B1,OR($B1<>"",$C1<>""))

and you want only to copy the same in all ABC column..

Just go to Manage Rules > and select your Conditional Formatting..

In Applies To
section.. Write/Select
Code:
=$A:$C

Please take care, all your DOLLARS.. they re really matter..

Regards,

Deb
