conditional formatting for cumulative frequency

hi,

Iam looking for formula to do conditional formatting with cumulative frequency.
Ex- 10-29 (yellow color)
30- 49 (Orange color)
50 & above (Red color)

Excel sheet is attached for your reference( conditional formating required for colum d,e,f,g ,i,j,k,l)
