I need to follow up on people that has not synchronised their software during certain dates. i.e. From the system date two weeks back, cell fill must be green, from that date two weeks back to 4 weeks back cell fill must be orange and from 4 weeks back till say 1 year back cell fill must be red.
In other words,
from system date to 14 days ago = green
from 15 days ago to 28 days ago = orange
from 29 days ago to one year ago = red
