Conditional Formatting based on value in other cell

1. I have data in one table (Table 1) and corresponding data in another table (Table 2).
2. I want conditional formatting on table 1 based on value in table 2.

eg. Range (B3) should have the same colour fill as range (K3). (C3) as (L3), and so on.
