I have a excel data of 16 Column. I wish to color the two row with the following condition
1. Find N3 Cell data from M2:M10000 Cell (Let, N3 Cell data find in M121 Cell)
2. Then, if I3==i121 And K3==K121 color number 3 and number 121 row data

Are only rows 26 & 70, which You would like to find?
If there would be more rows then will all have same color?
Thank you,
1. N3 Cell data have only one duplicate in M2:M10000 Cell. Let in M121
2. Then, another condition shall fulfil i.e if I3==i121 And K3==K121,
color number 3 row and number 121 row data

You copy & pasted Your original text....
Cell N3 has 0 (zero) and cell M121 is empty
Could You try to answer to my questions?
Hmm... my named 26 & 70 were ... SLs.
Are only those two rows (below) which You would like to find from Your given sample data? Yes/No

sorry for the narration.
Lets begin,
Let N28=31,759.93 and M72=31,759.93
i wish to find N28 from M3:M200,
then, let it find in M72
so, make the 28 row and 72 row in red color

You wrote something else ...
I offer something, which could show those two rows based Your original writings.
Select cell R1 to 'solve' those.
There would be more marked rows ... if disable zero and empty checks.
