Good day to you.

Kindly guide on the attached conditional format - the conditions are as below -

1. Column C = (If date is blank yellow color)
2. Column C = (If difference between year of commission and last 5Y date is greater than 5 years red color)
3. Column B = (If date is blank yellow color)
4. Column B = (If difference between year of commission and last 1Y date is greater than 1 year green color)
