How will XL know which values are for today, and which are yesterday's? So far, we're only looking at col A and H, neither of which have a date.

Modified the sheet,Please check the attachment ,
End of the Day can we Copy the HV Data to the next row and then Compare
the difference between the Current Date and Yest.

Sorry suresh, I'm still confused about which cell(s) you are wanting to compare to. Taking just row 5, you have a HV value of 47. Where exactly do I look to see that this is the same value it was yesterday? In your new example, all the values in col H are the same as col J.

=AND($H2>$A2, $H2<>$J2)
