Conditional Format - Format Copied to Another Cell

If I have conditional cell formatting (via "Formula is") in cell A10 and I want to show the same formatting in cell B10, is there a way to accomplish? i.e. if cell A10 has a formula that results in the number 7, and conditional formatting makes the 7 purple, and B10 has the text "Cat", I want "Cat" to show up purple as well.

Apply this conditional format formula to B10


=AND($A$10=7,$B$10="Cat") select format to suit
