How do i use the conditional format in Excel 2003 to highlight the max of 35 from the above list.

Select the entire range , and then in the CF dialog box , select Formula , and type in the following formula :


=$A1=MAX($A1$1:$A$100)


where I have assumed your range of numbers is A1:A100.
