Hi all,
I have a report that we present each month.
My struggle is that the format is imposed by HQ. I can add some quirks to it but not radically change it. It has to visually look the same.
I have a list of top contracts - called opportunity - that is displayed and a line at the bottom that count the remaining ones. My problem is that the format is that the table display either the top 10 or the top 20 though grouped rows. And request to look at the 20 regularly happens, hence my trouble.
Each and every time comes the same question which basically is: is this number of other contracts is minus 10 or minus 20.
To make it dynamic, would there be a formula solution that takes into account if the grouped rows are displayed or not? I want to avoid macros as this is an often shared document.
In the attached excel this is on the tab "quadrants17" and cells D25 and F25.
Any ideas?
Many thanks!
