In Column A i have all the parties and their voucher nos. Now i want to CONCATENATE them against the party in the next two rows i.e., party in the B column and CONCATENATE values in C column agianst the pary.

I'm afraid your example is rather confusing. Perhaps posting smaller sample would help? You last sentence talks about multiple columns, but the example only has 1.
