Concatenate based on Condition

Hi All,

I have the Product wise Print Quantity data available that is to be printed either with Digital or Offset technology.

Any Quantity less than or equals to 99 to be printed Digitally AND any quantity Greater than 99 to be printed with Offset technology.

I have find out the Digital and Offset QTY using SUMIF formula (That was so Easy !). But the problem is I wanted to have the Language wise bifurcation of the Prints to be taken.

For Example in first row of my file attached in below link, the Product Name is Current Account, digital Copies are 50 and the Language wise bifurcation is Malayalam: 20, Oriya: 1, Punjabi: 28, Urdu: 1.

Same goes for Offset Printing of 1972 prints to be taken and the Language bifurcation is Bengali: 100, English: 978, Gujarati: 100, Hindi: 394, Kannada: 100, Marathi: 100, Tamil: 100, Telugu: 100

For first row of my data I have used simple CONCATENATE function to concatenate Language Name & its quantities to be printed. This is very time consuming and hectic task when I have to do it for rest of the products.

I believes there must be a some simple technique to do it.

Any early help in this will be highly appreciated. !!

Thanks in advance.

Hi Chetan,

Conditional concatenation is a very commonly discussed issue here. You can find even macros written for it, just Custom Google it!!
