Computed columns in Pivot

I am using Excel 2013.

My pivot has the following columns

Sales in Continent and country
Cosumables Perishables
======================== =============
Country Name Item 1 Item 2 Total Item 1 Item 2 Total
Asia
================
Country 1
Country 2
Country NN

Africa
=========
Country 1
Country 2
Country NN

I don't have a total column in my data.
I need new computed columns showing the % of Item 1 totals, Item 2 totals for consumables, perishables and grand totals.

Pl help me!
