Complex chart problem

I have a complex data listing 14 years of information. I have created two charts from this data. One chart is to do trend line from 3 different rows quarterly of each year (Dec, Mar, June, Sept) What happens after the data has been selected is the data points are not lining up as they should. For example on the axis which states 2010 the first data point is showing Dec 2011 information.

For the year chart we are trying to same thing only wanting to show a trend line of data for every December.

What am I missing here?

While the labels have been manually selected to be each QTR, the series date is a solid block. This is why your points weren't lining up.

I've taken the liberty of using some formulas to a) pull in only latest info, and b) pull in correct months. Now users can just enter data, and they don't have to keep adjusting the chart source data or axis.
