Comparing three or more columns in excel

Hello I have to compare three or more columns in excel. I want to get only those values which appear in all the columns. Which formulate should I try.

Note: I have got the result but its too cumbersome. I first created unique names from all the columns then I used Match , V-loook up, and if function to get the results. I want some formula which can be used every time new data comes.
