Comparing Same Formatted Spreadsheets but Extracting Unique Values

Hello,

I am creating a spreadsheet to compare request received and request processed. There are 2 spreadsheets and the reference number is the identifier to both of them.

I would like to extract the data on a third spreadsheet by adding a criteria MONTH RECEIVED and I would like to extract the data that has not been processed yet from the request received spreadsheet.

I am attaching the file.

Can anyone help please?
