Comparing Lists!

So if I have two work sheets, each containing a list of names, as such in the attached workbook. How could I compare the two sheets so the names that are not on the other sheet, are highlighted. *Only comparing by last name.

There are 2 lists on a single sheet in the workbook you uploaded. Not exactly as you have described.
So i copied the second list on the second sheet.
Take a look at the attached doc and the applied conditional formatting. Would this be want you are after?
