comparing cells with their spelling

PFA...i want to compare column B with column C, both of column has companies name, i want if 80% company name getting match it will show true other than false in column D.

if you can provide VBA of what exactly i want.....i have formula in sheet 1 with sheet 2.due to some spelling difference or short of name it is not taking in sheet 1 like which i highlighted some.is there any formula that if first name match or 80% or 70% name getting match its shows in sheet 1 in column C...becuase formula is not working perfectly..
