Comparing 2 Spreadsheets

I want to compare 2 excel spreadsheets: One contains students in 2007-2008 and the other contains students in 2010-2011. I want to compare those who are not in 2007-2008 to 2010-2011 and vice versa, i.e. Last names & First Names.

You can do a quick vlookup in 2007-2008 compared to 2010-2011 and if the result is #N/A you can assume that they are not in 2010-2011 list ?


Do you have a unique student id in your list ? You can use that as a primary key to match results!
