compare two workbooks , retrieve match case and difference

Hi am comparing two workbooks containing
country , currency , account , revenue ( Headers are same , contents different ) in two workbooks . all the contents are in sheeet 1 in each of the workbooks
I want to retrieve all the records in both the workbooks using key as ( country,currency,account) and populate the difference between the revenue and populate in the master summary workbook

Thanks Very much for your revert . Please find the sample of the two work book and expected result in the master sheet . The master data should contain all the details for all the country . Please assume the folder would contain several countries e.g , SG , IN having system 1 and system 2 details.
