Compare two excel sheets.

Dear Sir,

I have three sheets one is report1 and another report2 and third one is recon, I wanted to find difference amount entries in recon sheet with conditional formatting with ignoring decimal difference in amount with help of round.

Please advise.

Dear Sir,
It works fine and it was new learning for me as well, but there is one problem its not finding the exact difference entries for example if I take difference of both table total amount then it becomes 4227.21/- but If I take difference between different names and amount then it becomes 14941.21/- which needs to be matched for 4227.21/- please advise solution.
