Compare spreadsheet

Hi,


I have these spread sheet that contains list of projects and its corresponding milestone. Each week this file is receive and I need to manually compare the previous file against the current file that was receive. Its easy to manually do it but now the entry had gone 100 lines and continually growing, can someone advise how to automate this process?
