Dear Sir,


I have a file of attendance sheet.

I narrated each cell comment , now i want print with all comment how its possible ?
 
Hi,


In Print command >> page set up >> Sheet tab >> (print frame - Comments) dropdown >> default option selected is "None"


You have following options:

1. None (prints no comments)

2. At the end of the sheet (prints all the comments as last page with cell address and comments

3. As displayed on sheet (prints only if you have set the comments as visible).
