Combine Formulas

Dear Sir,
I wanted to combine formulas in single formula please help.
  • Helper1 from column D
  • Countif from column E
  • Helper2 from column F
  • Lookup from column G
Instead of using multiple columns can I combine all four formulas in single column.

What are you trying to return from Sheet2? it just looks like a composite code taken from a helper column.
The attached file is for 365 so, I suspect, is not relevant for you.

Dear Sir,
output is correct but I didnt understand anysingle line of the formula, can you just help me combine the mutiple formulas like (&,countif,lookup) in single column.
