combine checkBox value and TextBox value

sheet1 range A2:A15 contains product name.
userform1 contains checkBox1 and TextBox1.
i like when TextBox1 value is match sheet1 range A2:A15 and checkbox1 value is true then macro 1 is run otherwise massage box show. how it made.
