Combination of IF with OR, AND

can anyone provide excel formula if below mentioned three conditions are satisfied.

STATUS ="YES" IF SATIFIES FOLLOWING THREE CONDITIONS ELSE "NO"
1. B>=6 AND C>=50000
OR
2. B>=12
OR
3. c>=100000
