Columns to start with 1 and keep increasing by 1 on change of every column

Hi,
Attached sample file describes my requirement. I 've got 12 months each marked from 1-12 in B2-M2. Column A3-A7 has the month number that is typed manually. E.g if A5 indicates 3 then I want to return 1 under month 3 and numbers 2,3,4.... to progress just under every other month upto 12. I require a formula that is consistent no matter what month is typed in Column A.

=IF($A4>B$2,"",IF($A4=B$2,1,A4+1))

Another one :

In B4, enter,

=B$2-$A9+1

Then,

Ctrl+Shift+F >> Number >> Custom, in the Type box enter: 0;;;

>> OK

and, copied across and down
