Color or highlight certain word in cells

If a cell contains multiple words, how can we color or highlight a certain word only in this cell?
I attached a file containing VBA code to do the task, but unfortunately it supports only English language!!
Is it possible to edit the code to make it support RTL languages like Arabic?

I appreciate your effort to help, but - by mistake - the first file I attached wasn't containing the code, that's the why I thought the picture wasn't obvious, so I attached the correct file.
I hope I clear the misunderstanding.
