Code button to 'select name' and 'display data' of the person selected

Hello, can somebody help me please

I have ‘a range of sports’ on a column and the ‘the roles’ down a row. I then have employees’ names in the table. Names appear more than once for each of the different type of sports and the roles. I am looking for a way to create a button or formula that will enable me to select a name (from the table) and then display the data of the name of the person that has been selected regarding the different sports and roles they occupy on one sheet.
