Checking of filtered items

Hi Frnds,

While doing filter in Doctor Name and Selecting S B Das Chakraborty, the total percentage is showing only 12456.whereas it should show 7070 also.

Kindly suggest how the same can be checked.

Hi Raj,
That's happening because you had merged cells C2:C3, and when you merge cell, excel assume the value in first cell only here C2 and blank in other cells, so Filter is not giving you blank cell value 7070. De-merge the cells, and put doctor name in every cell than you will get it.
