Check if weekends exists in the date range

Is there a way to find whether weekends exists within the range and if so the date of weekend to be the result.

can this be done using vba code for a wide range of data.

Thank you for the file.. The file you have provided gives the dates in which week end dates are highlighted whereas in my file I have only date range "from date" and "To date" and I want to pick the week end dates.
