Instead of wanting to try and reproduce such charts in Excel , you should first ask yourself what such a chart tells you ?
Instead of conveying a difference in magnitude using the size of the pie , the chart uses the height of the pie ; in what way does it do its job any better than the standard way ?

Dear Sir,There is no inbuilt option in Excel, you best bet would be to create separate layers for each data point in 3D pie and then place them on top of each other to give a similar effect, add bevel and shadow to enhance effect
Dear Chirayu Sir,Yes, unfortunately as we are separating each data point into separate charts, and then overlapping them, updating the data point would mean again shuffling the layers to match 3D alignment and changing the rotation. There is no automated solution to creating a pie like this unless you get a paid software solution. It is best used if you want to show static data rather than variable data that changes constantly
