Chart of Employee's Daily Work Progress

Hello Excel experts - I need help creating a bar chart.
I work at a warehouse and have a table of employee names, all invoices each employee worked on for the day, and start and end times that it took them to complete each invoice. Some invoice take 2 minutes to complete while others can take a couple of hours. I was hoping to be able to create a stacked bar chart (one bar for each employee) and the bar to show how long each invoice took - moving through the employee's day. And showing 'down' times when the employee was not working on any invoice (this would be determined by a void in the data).
I have Googled for days trying to find a solution. Can just point me in the right direction.
TIA for helping!
Shar

Thanks Nebu for the link. I have tried the line chart but cannot show the stop and start of each invoice work. I will read through the article you have suggested and see if I can get a better charting idea. Thanks!

akin to the attached?
