Chart making and put colors as per particular cell's color

I want to make a chart vertically based on given table and want that it will change colors based on our given cells color.... when we change the color it will change accordingly in chart.... Is it possible.

I want the pattern of chart be in rectangular. and height of the rectagular vary as per given values...
