Chart Lables are locked in the protected Worksheet

In XY sactter chart after plotting the graph with xy coorindates, clicking a single point and enable the lable data and the same is linked to other cell by entering the = sign in the lable box referring to another cell


Lable is displayed and can be moved to desired position


After protecting the sheet with password it is not possible to move the lables


Please adise wheteher it is possible to do so or it is excel property and not to move the lables in the protected sheet

Linked Text boxes can be used instead of chart labes as an alternative
