Hi, I am hoping that someone here can help me out. I am looking to create a chart that is in the link below. The chart in question is the second one in the link. First question I have is can this chart be created in Excel? If so, does anyone know how to create it? At first, I thought it would be a stacked bar graph and then I couldn't do the formatting. Any help and guidance would be greatly appreciated
