Changes to Web Query in 2016?

I am running Excel 2013 and built a Web Query import that gave the option to select from 7 tables from the target page.
I gave the file to a colleague who has Excel 2016. The Web Query pointing to the same page only gave her 2 tables to select from the target page.

As far as we can tell, all of our other settings are identical.

Does anyone know if there were changes to Web Query in 2016 that would have impacted table detection?
Any other thoughts are welcome.

Thanks

I took a more radical tactic and inadvertently updated to Office 2016 (don't ask).

The data source worked for me in Excel 2016 exactly as it did in Excel 2013, so it looks like the culprit must be local to the machine. I will work with her to see if other discrepancies exist.
