Change Userform code to copy to specific row

Hi all

Please could someone assist with the below ;)

I found this userfom and it's almost what I need, is it possible to change the following coding:
  1. So that when the data copies it asks the user to specify where to copy it to. If not change the code to copy to B4 not A1.
  2. That it does not show hidden columns in the listboxes
  3. Is it possible for multi select in listboxes
