I need a code to Change User Data ...

Need to change the Exceptions , the Warehouse and the Warehouses Exceptions!
The UserForm is the 11 ... Thanks in advance friends !

The information that you need to change Are in the Spreadsheet Util_Reg .

... like code which shows that form.

Now those 3 OptionButtons has copied to UserForm11.
There are still those OptionButtons in UserForm3 too; UnVisible.

You meant something else (...select the Worker ...)!
If You think ONE, write TWO, mean THREE ... then You would get TWO!

By what I've done.

I need to select someone in ListBox1 , and if I click on one of the options of the OptionButton it change in the worksheet Util_Reg, After the terms loaded on the button "Confirmar"...

Sometimes that is not enough!
You sent an Excel file - okay!
After many Excel restarts!
I even checked UserForm3 and UserForm11.
There are no ListBox1
There are those OptionButtons (moved below).
I can find some interesting code ... but I won't touch it!
